Brooke was too nervous for pictures at her track meet so a posting will have to do. Brooke ended up winning high jump for 7th grade girls. She jumped 4'2" high. She also brought her relay team back from behind as the third runner to help her relay team win the 4x100.
Due to the large number of 7th grade girls in track, most of them only got to participate in two events each.
There were five other middle schools at the meet besides LBJ: Monroe, Garfield, Taylor, and Taft.
