"Rolling in the Dough" Gift Idea

My husband wanted me to come up with an idea on how to present Christmas gift money to his staff members (13 of them) and wanted a theme. He had already ordered a plate of homemade cinnamon rolls for each person so I thought...How about we get a bunch of rolling pins and tape money to them and make a tag that said: "We hope this Christmas finds you ROLLING IN THE DOUGH." Here is how we put the rolling pins together... I enlisted help from my daughter Brooke and two family friends--Mason and Quinn. Quinn and Brooke "showing me the money." One $20 bill couldn't go completely around the rolling pin so I staggered the money like so (you could use $1 or $5 bills if you want to give less money). Iron Chef Competition--Beehive Class

The priests from the Taylor Ranch Ward organized a youth activity based on the Iron Chef . The activity was meant to inspire the youth to be able to take a set group of ingredients and make something delicious out of them. Each group had 1 hour to come up with something, cook it, and plate it. Groups could only use the following ingredients: flour, oil, salt/pepper, sugar, baking soda, milk, water, lettuce, cereal, eggs, Ramen noodles, cheddar cheese, baking cocoa, oatmeal, lemon, apple, banana, bread, Ranch dressing, cinnamon, margarine/butter, and one wild card ingredient (my group chose mini chocolate chips) . The Beehive class decided to make what they dubbed the " Beehive Pancake Trio ." They made up some pancake batter from scratch and made three different pancakes. They made a plain pancake topped with bananas foster, an oatmeal pancake topped with cooked cinnamon apple slices, and a chocolate pancake topped with mini chocolate chips. We just returned from a 12-day cruise on the Disney Magic where we had the opportunity to take more FUN Disney Character Photos using Brooke's "trick" of taking a traditional pose and then asking characters for their favorite pose to get more unique photos. Let's get started! We have rarely seen Jiminy Cricket in the parks so we made sure to get our picture with him. Here are two pictures we took with Jiminy Cricket. The first one was a normal photo. : This next photo was what Jiminy came up with when we asked him for his favorite pose: Pinocchio was also on the ship.
